Fatma El Tarzi


Fatma El Tarzi is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience in multicultural environments. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ain Shams University in Cairo and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Digital Transformation from Paris ESLSCA Business School. Fatma is fluent in Arabic, English, French.

In her current role as Senior HR Manager – Commercial at ELSewedy Electric in Cairo, Egypt, Fatma provides strategic HR leadership and support to the commercial teams operating across Africa. She collaborates with the commercial leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Her responsibilities include talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Prior to her current role, Fatma served as an HR Business Partner for Capital Train (LRT) at RATP in Cairo, where she was responsible for the overall HR strategy, policies, and operations for 490 employees. She also has extensive experience working as an HR Business Partner & Budget Controller for the French Embassy in Cairo, managing HR services, policies, and programs for all local staff.

Fatma is known for her creative thinking, authenticity, and consistent approach to HR management. Outside of work, she is a passionate scuba diver and bookworm, reflecting her curiosity and love for exploration both in and out of the workplace.
